Exhibition 27–29 March, Turku, Spa- and Conference hotel Caribia
During the conference on 27–29 March a traditional vendor exhibition will be held at the conference site. The hardware, software and other displays are sure to interest the participants.

Included in the package
- Rent of the exhibition area (about 3 m wide x 2/1,5 m deep)
- Electricity
- Wlan (by request, own portable computer required)
- Tables (130 cm x 70 cm) and chairs
- Participation fee of the conference for ONE person/company
- Conference program (scientific and social)
- Oral and poster sessions
- Lunch and coffee according to the program
- Friday dinner, Thursday get-together
- Conference material
- One full page advertisement in the Book of Proceedings
NOT included in the package
- Participation fees for all but one person
- Accomodation. Please book your own accomodation
- Movable walls etc. If you wish to separate your section e.g. with movable walls, please bring them yourselves, unfortunately we cannot provide them.
The Exhibition will be open:
Thursday 12.30–18.00
Friday 9.00–18.00
Saturday 9.30–13.00
The reserved places are given out on the first-come-first-served basis.

Price: 940 €
Deadline for reserving the exhibition package is 18.2.2008.
Exhibition package reservations and registering to the conference:
- Reserve the exhibition package for the company and register one participant by emailing to Ella Hänninen (toimisto(at)fyysikkoseura.fi)
- Name and contact info of the participant (one conference fee/company is included)
- Contact info of the company (details for sending the invoice)
=> Confirmation and invoice of the package will be (e)mailed
- Register other possible participants of your company using the on-line registration form
- Please book your own accomodation
- Deadline for sending your advertisement is February 22nd.
- The one-page ad should be sent in pdf-format, colored pdf page is preferred, please note that it should be also printable in black-and-white format.
